    I remember working hard as hell, on time every day, all summer of 1992 with a picture ripped from a magazine of these in black and white on my wall, just so I could buy them... the black and white ones that is. Black newbuck in the middle and white leather on the sides with purple details on the bottom and on the toungue of the shoe. I wish they would re release them. I've been waiting for so many years to buy them again. Now I would just buy them to collect although i do not collect sneakers.

    It is 2021 and nike still has not retro released these in all black or black and white. If they ever re-release them, I will be an old man wearing them.

      I am 48 years old now. I am the guy who commented above about working hard as hell, summer youth program back in the summer of 1992 to buy a pair of these Nike Air Solo Flights in black newbuck with white leather on the side and heel with royal blue/ purple accents. Here we are in late 2023 and Nike still has not retro released these in black & white or the purple newbuck on the side and heel and black newbuck in the middle and toebox. I would buy at least 3 pairs of the black newbuck with white leather sides and heal if they ever retro release them.
